1. KRAKEN is provided by Tubester Limited to its staff only.
2. KRAKEN uses YouTube API Services. By using KRAKEN you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
3. Your use is also subject to Tubester's Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. KRAKEN's own figures (views per day, ratios, rankings, classifications) are Tubester's estimates and labels, not data published by YouTube. You must not present them as YouTube statistics. Until Google accepts our application, KRAKEN does not calculate them.
5. You must not use KRAKEN to download, copy or re-publish YouTube content, or to access YouTube other than through the official API.
